Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

South African founded, with local consultants and support. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between.

Good core, dated interface

Good system, and you must budget for the support relationship indefinitely. Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.
