One system across four branches

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Lot traceability from raw material to finished goods. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Landed cost is finally accurate

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Lot traceability from raw material to finished goods. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.
