Good core, dated interface

Good system, and you must budget for the support relationship indefinitely. Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

The partner made the difference, not the software

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Lot traceability from raw material to finished goods. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

One system across four branches

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Mature material requirements planning. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

We are still reconciling stock by hand

Under scoped implementation, and we discovered it after go live. For context, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

What works

The core accounting works.

What does not

Renewal pricing increased well beyond inflation. The implementation ran badly over time and budget. We are still running parallel spreadsheets.
