Client reporting takes minutes now

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. The lowest paid tier price in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

A free tier small teams genuinely stay on for years. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Time tracking in the same tool changed our billing

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Learnable in two minutes by anyone. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

A free tier small teams genuinely stay on for years. Client facing views mean fewer status emails. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road.

Simple enough that people actually use it

What works

Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

Great tool, we built it badly at first

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. The views are flexible.

What does not

The learning curve for the advanced features is real. Performance degrades on a large workspace.

Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

Half the team lives in it and half still work from email. The lowest paid tier price in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

A free tier small teams genuinely stay on for years. Task management is reliable.

What does not

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. The learning curve for the advanced features is real.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. The lowest paid tier price in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

The lowest paid tier price in the category. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Simple enough that people actually use it

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

A free tier small teams genuinely stay on for years. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.
