Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

Half the team lives in it and half still work from email. Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

A free tier small teams genuinely stay on for years. Task management is reliable.

What does not

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. There is no native time tracking.

Simple enough that people actually use it

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. The lowest paid tier price in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

Great tool, we built it badly at first

It works, we just had to redo our structure after four months of getting it wrong. Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests.
