Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size
Half the team lives in it and half still work from email. Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.
What works
A free tier small teams genuinely stay on for years. Task management is reliable.
What does not
Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. There is no native time tracking.
