Simple enough that people actually use it

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Custom request forms that route intake with the right fields. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

In browser proofing and mark up for images, video and PDFs. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Custom item types for modelling briefs, campaigns and assets. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Version tracked approval cycles that replace email chains. Client facing views mean fewer status emails. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Time tracking in the same tool changed our billing

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. In browser proofing and mark up for images, video and PDFs. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

In browser proofing and mark up for images, video and PDFs. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

Great tool, we built it badly at first

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. Custom item types for modelling briefs, campaigns and assets. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Custom request forms that route intake with the right fields. The views are flexible.

What does not

Performance degrades on a large workspace. Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable.

Good value, occasional performance problems

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. In browser proofing and mark up for images, video and PDFs. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Custom item types for modelling briefs, campaigns and assets. Task management is reliable.

Client reporting takes minutes now

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Version tracked approval cycles that replace email chains. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Custom request forms that route intake with the right fields. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Custom request forms that route intake with the right fields. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.
