Bank feeds alone justify the subscription

After two years I can say the reconciliation time saving is real and it is significant. Over a thousand connected applications. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

The best bank reconciliation experience in the category. Month end close has dropped from six days to two. VAT201 figures come out right without a manual working paper.

What does not

Inventory is too basic for a stock heavy business.

We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. Over a thousand connected applications. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Unlimited users on every plan, which no local competitor matches. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains. Invoices go out looking professional with no design work.

Right features, wrong price for our size

It has been fine, with a couple of persistent irritations. Over a thousand connected applications. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Genuinely strong multi currency handling. Invoicing is quick once the templates are set.

What does not

Getting a person on the phone is difficult. Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses.
