The pipeline is finally accurate

The automation removed about four hours a week of follow up admin per rep. Billed natively in rand, so the budget does not move with the exchange rate. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. The mobile app works well enough for a rep between meetings. Automation handles the follow up sequence reps used to forget.

What does not

Billing in dollars makes the annual budget a moving target.

Quoting from the CRM removed a whole handoff

We moved off a spreadsheet and the difference in forecast quality was immediate. Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Offline capable mobile app for reps between towns. The mobile app works well enough for a rep between meetings. Reporting answers the questions the sales meeting actually asks.

What does not

Onboarding a new rep takes longer than it should.

Does the basics well, the extras are upsells

Fine product, and the dollar billing makes the budget conversation annoying. Offline capable mobile app for reps between towns. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Workflow automation competitors reserve for enterprise tiers. The interface is clear once you learn it.

What does not

Reporting is limited without moving up a tier. The interface is dense for a new user.

Reps update it without being nagged

We moved off a spreadsheet and the difference in forecast quality was immediate. Workflow automation competitors reserve for enterprise tiers. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Workflow automation competitors reserve for enterprise tiers. The pipeline view gives an honest picture of the month. Reporting answers the questions the sales meeting actually asks.

Set up in a week, adopted in two

Six reps, eighteen months in, and the pipeline is the most accurate it has ever been. Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Workflow automation competitors reserve for enterprise tiers. Quoting from the record removed a handoff to admin. Reporting answers the questions the sales meeting actually asks.

Fine once we stopped trying to use everything

We use about a third of it and pay for all of it. Billed natively in rand, so the budget does not move with the exchange rate. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

Billed natively in rand, so the budget does not move with the exchange rate. Contact and deal management are solid.

What does not

Support escalation is slow on technical issues. Reporting is limited without moving up a tier.

Exchange rate makes budgeting a yearly argument

We use about a third of it and pay for all of it. Workflow automation competitors reserve for enterprise tiers. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. Contact and deal management are solid.

What does not

There is no local accounting integration without Zapier. Reporting is limited without moving up a tier.

Implementation quote doubled after we signed

Adoption failed and that is partly on us and partly on the product. For context, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.

What works

Contact management works.

What does not

Costs rose sharply at renewal. Adoption never happened and the vendor offered no help with it. The mobile app is unreliable on a weak signal.
