We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Cloud native with a browser interface that was designed this decade. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Customisation platform that survives version upgrades. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Powerful, and it demands a specialist

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Cloud native with a browser interface that was designed this decade. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

Implementation ran eleven months over

The local statutory reporting was never delivered as promised. The thing worth knowing is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. It has cost us more time than it has saved. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

It is stable once running.

The implementation ran badly over time and budget. Localisation was incomplete at go live. Renewal pricing increased well beyond inflation.
