One system across four branches

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Unlimited users, priced on resources instead of seats. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Unlimited users, priced on resources instead of seats. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Unlimited users, priced on resources instead of seats. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

Cloud native with a browser interface that was designed this decade. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Two years in and we still use half of it

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Customisation platform that survives version upgrades. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

Comprehensive REST API for businesses that intend to integrate. The partner network means help is available.

What does not

Remote access needs a hosted desktop. The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner.

Implementation ran eleven months over

The local statutory reporting was never delivered as promised. For context, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

The core accounting works.

What does not

Renewal pricing increased well beyond inflation. Localisation was incomplete at go live. We are still running parallel spreadsheets.
