Landed cost is finally accurate

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Unlimited users, priced on resources instead of seats. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Comprehensive REST API for businesses that intend to integrate. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Cloud native with a browser interface that was designed this decade. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

Works well, costs more than we planned

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. Comprehensive REST API for businesses that intend to integrate. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Customisation platform that survives version upgrades. The financials module is solid.

What does not

Version upgrades are projects rather than updates. Reporting requires a specialist to build.
