Managers approve leave from their phones now, which was the whole point. Large integration catalogue and a proper open API. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

The configuration took longer than promised, and it works well now. The best onboarding workflow in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

Reporting a board will actually read. Leave management works reliably.

What does not

BCEA leave had to be configured rather than selected. There is no local payroll integration.
