Boards multiplied until nobody trusted them

It became a graveyard of half finished boards nobody trusted. Where it earns its keep is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. It has cost us more time than it has saved. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.

What works

It looks good.

What does not

Half the team never adopted it. It was too slow on our connection. We paid for a tier we could not make use of.

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. The most capable free tier in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

Native time tracking included from the free tier. Client facing views mean fewer status emails. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

What does not

Great tool, we built it badly at first

Half the team lives in it and half still work from email. Replaces three or four separate dollar subscriptions. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.
