Works well once you accept its limits

Good enough that changing again is not worth the disruption. Automatic, well judged payment reminders. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

The smoothest time tracking to invoice workflow available. Invoicing is quick once the templates are set.

What does not

Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses. Getting a person on the phone is difficult.

Does the compliance work without being asked

Our practice put four clients on this before we moved our own business across. The smoothest time tracking to invoice workflow available. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Very low learning curve. Invoices go out looking professional with no design work. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains.

What does not

Inventory is too basic for a stock heavy business.

What does not

Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses. Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should.
