Fine once we stopped trying to use everything
It is capable. Getting the team to use it consistently took much longer than the software took to set up. Sales teams adopt it voluntarily, which is rare. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.
What works
Sales teams adopt it voluntarily, which is rare. The interface is clear once you learn it.
What does not
Reporting is limited without moving up a tier. The interface is dense for a new user.
