Time tracking in the same tool changed our billing

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

Client reporting takes minutes now

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

Good value, occasional performance problems

It works, we just had to redo our structure after four months of getting it wrong. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. The views are flexible.

What does not

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. There is no native time tracking.

Simple enough that people actually use it

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Fine for tasks, weak for resourcing

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. The views are flexible.

What does not

Performance degrades on a large workspace. There is no native time tracking.

Adoption was harder than expected

It works, we just had to redo our structure after four months of getting it wrong. Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

Reporting could not answer basic questions

Performance on our office connection made it a chore. For context, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

What works

It looks good.

What does not

Half the team never adopted it. It was too slow on our connection. We paid for a tier we could not make use of.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work.
