Simple enough that people actually use it

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

Too slow on our connection to be usable

It became a graveyard of half finished boards nobody trusted. In practice, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.
