The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Used for 6 to 12 months

Simple enough that people actually use it

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Client facing views mean fewer status emails. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Client reporting takes minutes now

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

Reporting could not answer basic questions

Performance on our office connection made it a chore. The thing worth knowing is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.

What works

The free tier is generous.

What does not

Half the team never adopted it. It was too slow on our connection. We paid for a tier we could not make use of.

Time tracking in the same tool changed our billing

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road.
