Good value, occasional performance problems
Half the team lives in it and half still work from email. Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.
What works
Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. Task management is reliable.
What does not
Performance degrades on a large workspace. The learning curve for the advanced features is real.
