Traceability paid for itself in one audit

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

One licence covering every application rather than module by module pricing. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Landed cost is finally accurate

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. One licence covering every application rather than module by module pricing. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Works well, costs more than we planned

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Integrated ecommerce, stock and accounting in a single database. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. The partner network means help is available.

What does not

Reporting requires a specialist to build. Remote access needs a hosted desktop.

Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

We are still reconciling stock by hand

The local statutory reporting was never delivered as promised. In practice, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. It has cost us more time than it has saved. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.

What works

It is stable once running.

What does not

We are still running parallel spreadsheets. Localisation was incomplete at go live. The implementation ran badly over time and budget.

The localisation was never properly finished

The local statutory reporting was never delivered as promised. For context, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

The implementation ran badly over time and budget. Localisation was incomplete at go live. Renewal pricing increased well beyond inflation.
