Stock and the ledger finally agree

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. A free community edition for businesses that can self host. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Integrated ecommerce, stock and accounting in a single database. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Integrated ecommerce, stock and accounting in a single database. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Works well, costs more than we planned

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.
