Go live was on time and under budget

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. One licence covering every application rather than module by module pricing. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

One licence covering every application rather than module by module pricing. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Renewal came in forty percent higher

The local statutory reporting was never delivered as promised. For context, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.

What works

The core accounting works.

What does not

Renewal pricing increased well beyond inflation. Localisation was incomplete at go live. The implementation ran badly over time and budget.

The partner made the difference, not the software

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. A free community edition for businesses that can self host. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

The partner made the difference, not the software

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Integrated ecommerce, stock and accounting in a single database. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Integrated ecommerce, stock and accounting in a single database. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Good core, dated interface

Good system, and you must budget for the support relationship indefinitely. Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

One licence covering every application rather than module by module pricing. Reporting is capable once configured.

What does not

Version upgrades are projects rather than updates. The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner.

What does not

Landed cost is finally accurate

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. One licence covering every application rather than module by module pricing. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

Works well, costs more than we planned

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. The partner network means help is available.

What does not

The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner. Reporting requires a specialist to build.
