Traceability paid for itself in one audit

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Integrated ecommerce, stock and accounting in a single database. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Integrated ecommerce, stock and accounting in a single database. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Stock and the ledger finally agree

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. A free community edition for businesses that can self host. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.
