Go live was on time and under budget

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. One licence covering every application rather than module by module pricing. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Good system, and you must budget for the support relationship indefinitely. Integrated ecommerce, stock and accounting in a single database. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner. Version upgrades are projects rather than updates.

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What does not

Remote access needs a hosted desktop. Version upgrades are projects rather than updates.
