Right features, wrong price for our size

We chose this on price and mostly that decision has held up. The best mobile receipt capture in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Large global template and app ecosystem. The core ledger is reliable.

What does not

Getting a person on the phone is difficult. Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses.

Fine for us, would not recommend for stock heavy businesses

It does what we need and I have no strong feelings about it either way. Large global template and app ecosystem. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Reporting and budgeting well ahead of its price point. Invoicing is quick once the templates are set.

What does not

Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should. Getting a person on the phone is difficult.

We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. Large global template and app ecosystem. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

The best mobile receipt capture in the category. The audit trail has answered every query our auditors raised. Month end close has dropped from six days to two.

What does not

Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

Multi currency from the middle tier. The audit trail has answered every query our auditors raised. Bank feeds match transactions accurately and the rules learn quickly.

What does not

Inventory is too basic for a stock heavy business.
