Does the compliance work without being asked

After two years I can say the reconciliation time saving is real and it is significant. VAT201 output that transfers cleanly to SARS eFiling. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Direct bank feeds for Absa, FNB, Standard Bank, Nedbank and Capitec. Bank feeds match transactions accurately and the rules learn quickly. Our accountant has their own login at no extra cost.

What does not

Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

Competent but the support tests your patience

It has been fine, with a couple of persistent irritations. The deepest pool of trained local bookkeepers in the country. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

VAT201 output that transfers cleanly to SARS eFiling. Invoicing is quick once the templates are set.

What does not

Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses. There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand.
