Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Global partner network for multi country groups. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Global partner network for multi country groups. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Rigorous data model that resists bad practice. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Rigorous data model that resists bad practice. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Good core, dated interface

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Financial controls and audit trail that satisfy group finance. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Global partner network for multi country groups. The financials module is solid.

What does not

The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner. Remote access needs a hosted desktop.
