The partner made the difference, not the software

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Rigorous data model that resists bad practice. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Global partner network for multi country groups. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Financial controls and audit trail that satisfy group finance. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

Works well, costs more than we planned

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Rigorous data model that resists bad practice. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.
