The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Critical path scheduling with dependencies and baselines. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Critical path scheduling with dependencies and baselines. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. An Excel like formula language spreadsheet users already know. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Resource allocation across many concurrent projects. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

Half the team lives in it and half still work from email. Portfolio roll ups that give a programme director one honest view. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Critical path scheduling with dependencies and baselines. Setup was quick.

What does not

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. There is no native time tracking.

Thank you for the review. We are glad the compliance side is working well for you. On the reporting point, we would like to show you what is possible with the custom report builder, so please book a session with our team.
