Stock and the ledger finally agree

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

South African founded, with local consultants and support. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

Good core, dated interface

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Lot traceability from raw material to finished goods. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What does not

Remote access needs a hosted desktop. Reporting requires a specialist to build.
