Time tracking in the same tool changed our billing

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. The lowest paid tier price in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

Great tool, we built it badly at first

Half the team lives in it and half still work from email. The lowest paid tier price in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.
