Time tracking in the same tool changed our billing

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. The lowest paid tier price in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

The lowest paid tier price in the category. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Simple enough that people actually use it

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Learnable in two minutes by anyone. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Learnable in two minutes by anyone. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

Great tool, we built it badly at first

Half the team lives in it and half still work from email. The lowest paid tier price in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. Task management is reliable.

What does not

The learning curve for the advanced features is real. There is no native time tracking.

Great tool, we built it badly at first

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. The lowest paid tier price in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. The views are flexible.

What does not

There is no native time tracking. Performance degrades on a large workspace.

Simple enough that people actually use it

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. A free tier small teams genuinely stay on for years. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Learnable in two minutes by anyone. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Learnable in two minutes by anyone. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

Adoption was harder than expected

It works, we just had to redo our structure after four months of getting it wrong. A free tier small teams genuinely stay on for years.

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable.

Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.
