Simple enough that people actually use it

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Learnable in two minutes by anyone. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

The lowest paid tier price in the category. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. A free tier small teams genuinely stay on for years. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.
