Fine for tasks, weak for resourcing

It works, we just had to redo our structure after four months of getting it wrong. Learnable in two minutes by anyone. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What does not

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. There is no native time tracking.

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. The lowest paid tier price in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Reporting could not answer basic questions

Performance on our office connection made it a chore. What surprised me was that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. It has cost us more time than it has saved. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.
