Time tracking in the same tool changed our billing

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

The lowest paid tier price in the category. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

The lowest paid tier price in the category. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

Client reporting takes minutes now

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Learnable in two minutes by anyone. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

A free tier small teams genuinely stay on for years. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. The lowest paid tier price in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Learnable in two minutes by anyone. The views are flexible.

What does not

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. There is no native time tracking.

Thank you for the feedback and for being a customer. We have shared your comments on the mobile experience with our product team, and a redesigned application is currently in beta.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Learnable in two minutes by anyone. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Learnable in two minutes by anyone. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

Too slow on our connection to be usable

It became a graveyard of half finished boards nobody trusted. The honest position is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

What works

The free tier is generous.

What does not

Half the team never adopted it. It was too slow on our connection. We paid for a tier we could not make use of.

There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

Fine for tasks, weak for resourcing

It works, we just had to redo our structure after four months of getting it wrong. The lowest paid tier price in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

The lowest paid tier price in the category. Setup was quick.

What does not

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. The learning curve for the advanced features is real.
