Solid, boring, and that is exactly what I wanted

We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. The most functionality per rand in the category by a wide margin. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Built in client portal at no extra cost. Month end close has dropped from six days to two. The audit trail has answered every query our auditors raised.

What does not

Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

A free plan that is genuinely usable, not a demo. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains. Month end close has dropped from six days to two.

We chose this on price and mostly that decision has held up. Built in client portal at no extra cost. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

The report customisation is limited. There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand.
