After two years I can say the reconciliation time saving is real and it is significant. A free plan that is genuinely usable, not a demo. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. A workflow engine competitors do not offer at any tier. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Does the job, will not delight you

Good enough that changing again is not worth the disruption. A free plan that is genuinely usable, not a demo. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What does not

Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should. There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand.
