Solid, boring, and that is exactly what I wanted

Competent but the support tests your patience

It does what we need and I have no strong feelings about it either way. A free plan that is genuinely usable, not a demo. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

Getting a person on the phone is difficult. There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand.
