Worth every rand once the automation was built

We moved off a spreadsheet and the difference in forecast quality was immediate. Offline capable mobile app for reps between towns. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Billed natively in rand, so the budget does not move with the exchange rate. The pipeline view gives an honest picture of the month. Email sync captures conversations without anyone copying anything.

What does not

The features we needed sat one tier above the one we were quoted.

Reps update it without being nagged

The automation removed about four hours a week of follow up admin per rep. Offline capable mobile app for reps between towns. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. Automation handles the follow up sequence reps used to forget. The mobile app works well enough for a rep between meetings.

What does not

Onboarding a new rep takes longer than it should.

Quoting from the CRM removed a whole handoff

We moved off a spreadsheet and the difference in forecast quality was immediate. Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Billed natively in rand, so the budget does not move with the exchange rate. Reporting answers the questions the sales meeting actually asks. Quoting from the record removed a handoff to admin.

Capable, but the team resisted it for months

Fine product, and the dollar billing makes the budget conversation annoying. Offline capable mobile app for reps between towns. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Workflow automation competitors reserve for enterprise tiers. Setup was fast.

What does not

Reporting is limited without moving up a tier. Support escalation is slow on technical issues.

Set up in a week, adopted in two

The automation removed about four hours a week of follow up admin per rep. Billed natively in rand, so the budget does not move with the exchange rate. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

The pipeline is finally accurate

Exchange rate makes budgeting a yearly argument

We use about a third of it and pay for all of it. Billed natively in rand, so the budget does not move with the exchange rate. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. Setup was fast.

What does not

Reporting is limited without moving up a tier. There is no local accounting integration without Zapier.

There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

The pipeline is finally accurate

Six reps, eighteen months in, and the pipeline is the most accurate it has ever been. Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. Contact and deal management are solid.

The interface is dense for a new user. Support escalation is slow on technical issues.
