Forecast is within five percent every month

Nobody used it and we cancelled

Adoption failed and that is partly on us and partly on the product. The thing worth knowing is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. It has cost us more time than it has saved. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

The mobile app is unreliable on a weak signal. Costs rose sharply at renewal. Adoption never happened and the vendor offered no help with it.

Does the basics well, the extras are upsells

It is capable. Getting the team to use it consistently took much longer than the software took to set up. Workflow automation competitors reserve for enterprise tiers. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.
