Good for leave, thin everywhere else

It has reduced admin, just not as much as the demo suggested. Reporting a board will actually read. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Large integration catalogue and a proper open API. The employee record is well organised.

What does not

Performance management is basic. BCEA leave had to be configured rather than selected.

Employees actually log in, which surprised me

We had leave in a shared spreadsheet for six years. This was overdue. Large integration catalogue and a proper open API. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

What does not

Solid for the core, but we still keep a spreadsheet for the reporting we actually need. Employees log in voluntarily, which is rare. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.
