The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Native time tracking included from the free tier. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

The most capable free tier in the category. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

Time tracking in the same tool changed our billing

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Replaces three or four separate dollar subscriptions. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Documents, whiteboards and tasks in one product. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Replaces three or four separate dollar subscriptions. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Client reporting takes minutes now

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. The most capable free tier in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

Simple enough that people actually use it

Boards multiplied until nobody trusted them

Performance on our office connection made it a chore. The thing worth knowing is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.

What works

It looks good.

What does not

We paid for a tier we could not make use of. Half the team never adopted it. It was too slow on our connection.
