Great tool, we built it badly at first

It works, we just had to redo our structure after four months of getting it wrong. Documents, whiteboards and tasks in one product. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Replaces three or four separate dollar subscriptions. Setup was quick.

What does not

There is no native time tracking. Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable.

We value the honest assessment. The bank feed reliability issue you mention has been addressed in a recent release, and we would encourage you to reconnect the affected accounts.

Client reporting takes minutes now

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Native time tracking included from the free tier. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Native time tracking included from the free tier. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Good value, occasional performance problems

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. Documents, whiteboards and tasks in one product. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Replaces three or four separate dollar subscriptions. Setup was quick.

What does not

The learning curve for the advanced features is real. Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable.

Client reporting takes minutes now

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. The most capable free tier in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

The most capable free tier in the category. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Documents, whiteboards and tasks in one product. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

Simple enough that people actually use it

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Documents, whiteboards and tasks in one product. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Native time tracking included from the free tier. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Replaces three or four separate dollar subscriptions. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.
