The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Documents, whiteboards and tasks in one product. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

The most capable free tier in the category. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Good value, occasional performance problems

It works, we just had to redo our structure after four months of getting it wrong. The most capable free tier in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

The most capable free tier in the category. Setup was quick.

What does not

Performance degrades on a large workspace. The learning curve for the advanced features is real.

Simple enough that people actually use it

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Documents, whiteboards and tasks in one product. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Native time tracking included from the free tier. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Documents, whiteboards and tasks in one product. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

The most capable free tier in the category. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Replaces three or four separate dollar subscriptions. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

It works, we just had to redo our structure after four months of getting it wrong. The most capable free tier in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Documents, whiteboards and tasks in one product. The views are flexible.

What does not

Performance degrades on a large workspace. There is no native time tracking.

Reporting could not answer basic questions

Performance on our office connection made it a chore. The honest position is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. It has cost us more time than it has saved. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

What works

It looks good.

What does not

We paid for a tier we could not make use of. Half the team never adopted it. It was too slow on our connection.
