Great tool, we built it badly at first

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. Replaces three or four separate dollar subscriptions. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.
