Simple enough that people actually use it

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. The most capable free tier in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Replaces three or four separate dollar subscriptions. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. The most capable free tier in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

Great tool, we built it badly at first

Half the team lives in it and half still work from email. The most capable free tier in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

The most capable free tier in the category. The views are flexible.

What does not

Performance degrades on a large workspace. Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable.

We paid for fifteen seats and used nine

Performance on our office connection made it a chore. In practice, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. It may suit a simpler business than ours.

What works

The free tier is generous.

What does not

It was too slow on our connection. Half the team never adopted it. We paid for a tier we could not make use of.
