Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. Documents, whiteboards and tasks in one product. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

Native time tracking included from the free tier. Setup was quick.

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. Performance degrades on a large workspace.

Too slow on our connection to be usable

It became a graveyard of half finished boards nobody trusted. For context, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. It has cost us more time than it has saved. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

What works

The free tier is generous.

What does not

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. The most capable free tier in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.
