Reconciliation went from a week to an afternoon

After two years I can say the reconciliation time saving is real and it is significant. The smoothest time tracking to invoice workflow available. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. The bank feed problems never got fixed

The trial went well. Live use with real volume did not. The honest position is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.

Support responses were slow and generic. The VAT handling required constant manual correction. Migration lost historical detail we needed for the audit.

Right features, wrong price for our size

We chose this on price and mostly that decision has held up. Invoices that genuinely look professional without design work. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.
