Reconciliation went from a week to an afternoon

I run the books for three related companies and this is the first system that has kept up. Invoices that genuinely look professional without design work. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Automatic, well judged payment reminders. Invoices go out looking professional with no design work. Bank feeds match transactions accurately and the rules learn quickly.

What does not

Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Automatic, well judged payment reminders. Month end close has dropped from six days to two. Our accountant has their own login at no extra cost.

What does not

Reporting beyond the standard pack still ends up in a spreadsheet.

Works well once you accept its limits

We chose this on price and mostly that decision has held up. Invoices that genuinely look professional without design work. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

Automatic, well judged payment reminders. The mobile app is useful for approving payments.

What does not

Getting a person on the phone is difficult. Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses.
