Brand Manager
Good CRM, poor reporting for the price
It is capable. Getting the team to use it consistently took much longer than the software took to set up. Contact scoring included rather than sold as a premium tier. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.
What works
Built in telephony with automatic call logging and recording. Setup was fast.
What does not
Reporting is limited without moving up a tier. There is no local accounting integration without Zapier.
